Remember this heated post from 2010?
I was mad when I wrote that. Downright emotional and irrational. Yes, you read correctly. I was irrational and I have no issues admitting it.
How shallow of 2010 Yliram to reel off such judgements about men from India. There have been many times I’ve met men from abroad that leave me refreshingly surprised. They’re not all a lost cause.
I apologize.
I’ve learned as I read back through my old entries, that in a mere year, my filthy outlook on India has slowly been shedding its ugly skin. Remember my declaration of India-pendence? I am staying true to that promise. Indian people are my God-given countrymen.
Yes, there are quite a few seeds that I have muddled through in the past four to five years of premarital/proposal woes. So what? It’s still inexcusable. There are great men in every country. Not all seeds are bad seeds. We (my BrownFudge readers) all have our share of great brothers, cousins, fathers, uncles and friends. That proves that their existence is truth.
